Legal Tips to Protect Your Online Properties
Posted on July 22, 2010 by d3so
This the third video released by Shoemoney. The first was on Weapons of Marketing, and the second was on Adversity.
Now, you’ll learn about the legal issues in the make money online business. Shoe will teach you how to protect your content such as logos, images, information, design, etc. He knows first hand on what it’s like to be stolen from. He’s spent over $1,000,000 just to protect his brand. Down the road, you’ll probably run into legal issues as well. I recommend you watch the video and learn from it so you know exactly what to do if that kind of situation ever arises.
Watch the Legal video here!
The video is very informative. Also included, is a set of complete legal documents you can download. There are 13 documents that range from policies (privacy, anti-spam, email, etc.) to disclaimers, terms of service, and more!
When you become successful there’s no doubt people will steal your hard work and use it as their own. I urge you to educate yourself because I know you wouldn’t want those thieves to get away with their crimes.
You need to seek legal action! If you do, you will be rewarded for doing so. But the most important thing is to protect your brand. You wouldn’t want anyone to ruin your brand name would you? Protect yourself with disclaimers and policies. Take action and send notices when your terms have been violated. Justice will prevail.
Take action Now! Watch the video & Download the Legal Documents.
BONUS: Here’s Shoemoney’s previous video on Adversity.

The online or internet law may seem to be 'strict' in the west, but it is virtually nothing in the East… So there are a lot of loopholes here in the East

Yup, there are a bunch of loopholes in the East. Piracy thrives there.

One way to safeguard your invention or idea is to file for protection under U.S. patent, trademark, and copyright laws.

Pretty much common sense. But I have the idea doing so is costly. Am I right?

You need to be more original man. Taking other people contents is not cool.
At least rewrite what he's saying.

Make a record of your personal property. Keep an itemized list of your furniture, clothing and valuables to assist adjusters in case of a claim. Back it up with photographs or video.

The ideas expressed here were shared amongst the online small business community. They are SUGGESTIONS and should be treated as such.

A Google search of our name provides us with an opportunity to make a brilliant "first impression" and present ourselves in a manner that we would wish to be perceived.
